Where do you ship to?

We ship across United States and Canada; other than Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we provide free shipping for all our products.

For customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as all Canadian orders, please add the product into your cart and proceed through the checkout process. Your shipping estimate will be provided to you before confirming your purchase.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Upon payment confirmation, we will ship your order on the next business day at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

All orders come with free US shipping. Free shipping transit time averages between 3 to 5 business days*.

If you would like to get your product faster, we also offer both 2-Days and 1-Day Priority Shipping for additional charges.

*Please note that delivery time is an estimate; we try our very best to get all orders out to our customers' hand as quickly as possible; however, actual delivery time may vary depending on many factors such as weather, public holiday or high volume period etc.

Is there a warranty period for your product?

Absolutely Yes!

All products are covered by a 1 year replacement manufacturer warranty. In uKnead, we emphasize excellent customer service experience as our upmost priority; for this reason, we will replace the unit for all product warranty requests and save you the hassle of sending the defective product back and forth for repair.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Because we move at a very fast pace, if you find yourself in the situation where you would like to cancel the order, please let us contact our customer support within 24 hours. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.

I am ordering from Canada, will I be charged with additional custom fee or import taxes?

Whenever a product is shipped across the border, your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the average delivery time estimates; at the same time, your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes assessment. However, this custom clearance procedure does not happen to every single package and is done randomly by the border control.

In the case when a product is being charged with import tax or custom fee, the amount will be based on the product's declared value.  

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 6 to 12 hrs for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it leaves the warehouse.
