Where do you ship to?

We ship for FREE on all orders over $50 within continental US.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as orders to Canada, please add the product into your cart and proceed through checkout. Your shipping estimates will be shown prior to completing the purchase.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Upon payment confirmation, we will ship out your order within 1-3 business days. Typical transit time within the continental US is between 2-5 business days.

If you need your product fast, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment. As a result, your order is experiencing processing delays coupled with universal shipping delays with our carriers. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing. Transit time is dependent on carrier congestion or delays in certain regions, please refer to your tracking information for the most recent updates. Is there a warranty period for your product?

Absolutely Yes!

All of our products are covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. At uKnead, customer service is our upmost priority. For warranty processing, please contact our Support Department.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise there is a possibility we might have processed and shipped out your order already.

I am ordering from Canada, will I be charged with additional custom fee or import taxes?

Whenever a product is shipped across the border, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the average delivery time estimates. Your order may also be subject to import duty and sales tax. In the case a product is charged duty and taxes, the amount will be based on the shipment's declared value.

The good news is, we are able to ship out of our Vancouver warehouse to avoid customs fees. This applies to certain products as not all are available in our Canadian division, please check with Customer Service to confirm.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48hrs for the link to update. During peak season, it may take longer than usual for the tracking information to populate.

My order arrived damaged or I'm missing part of my order

Our helpful customer service team will help you resolve the issue as soon as we can! To speed up the process, please also include your order number, your full name, shipping address, image of the product you received, and the issue with your order.

Why is the tracking link not working?

Because we move at a very fast pace, if you find yourself in the situation where you would like to cancel the order, please let us contact our customer support within 24 hours. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.

However, this custom clearance procedure does not happen to every single package and is done randomly by the border control.
